Angela Davies, the Chair of the Wolverhampton Homes Board commented:
“As a tenant myself, I’m proud of how we have acted upon customer feedback, as we constantly look to improve services for you. This is only the beginning, there will be more ways than ever to have your say as part of our commitment to involve customers. Look out for increased customer satisfaction surveys, scrutiny panels, upcoming Board positions to join a great team and much more. I thoroughly enjoy seeing the strategies that we set to support our communities come to life, and I’d encourage all to get involved and do your bit – however big or small. The future is bright, and we need you to help shape it.”
Angela Davies sadly passed away in December 2022. Serving on our Board for eight years and our Chair since 2019, she played an instrumental role in many of the new strategies and initiatives that have been developed as a result of customer feedback, the impact of which can be seen throughout this Annual Report. Angela was dedicated to equality and inclusion and passionate about delivering positive change - she will be greatly missed.
